Return & Shipping Policy

Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or as per customer request. Delivery time depends on destination and order volume. Express shipping typically takes 10-15 business days.
Sample Orders
Sample fees are charged upfront and are refundable upon bulk order confirmation. Sample production takes 7-10 business days.
Returns & Refunds
Customized/OEM orders are non-returnable once production begins. For quality issues with stock items or samples, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will evaluate and offer replacement or refund accordingly.
Payment Terms
30% deposit upon order confirmation to start production. 70% balance due before shipment.
